Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Casino" shall mean Casino de Charlevoix, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering or participating in any activity at the Casino, you (the "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Player must be at least 18 years of age to enter or participate in any activity at the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be under 18.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions and losses while participating in activities at the Casino.

5. GAMBLING REGULATIONS

The Casino is subject to applicable laws and regulations regarding gaming and entertainment. The Player acknowledges that it is their responsibility to be aware of these regulations and to comply with them.

6. PROPERTY USE

You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use, misuse or damage of the Casino's property or facilities.

7. CONDUCT RULES

The following conduct shall be prohibited at the Casino:

(a) Any form of violence, intimidation or harassment towards other Players or staff;(b) Smoking and vaping anywhere on the premises except designated areas;(c) Drinking in excess or being intoxicated while participating in activities;

8. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Entry to the Casino is restricted to individuals who are 18 years or older, and who can provide acceptable proof of age.

9. CHARGEBACK AND REFUND POLICY

The Casino has a strict no-refund policy for all transactions, including game losses and betting amounts.

10. DEPOSIT LIMITS AND SELF-EXCLUSION

You agree to respect deposit limits set by the Player or requested by the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to refuse service if you are unable to provide acceptable identification proving your identity.

11. GAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all gaming activities at the Casino:

(a) All games shall be played in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;(b) The outcome of each game is determined solely by chance or skill, whichever applies;

12. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights are reserved.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Québec, Canada.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Association of Québec.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Casino regarding the use of its facilities and services, and supersedes all prior agreements.

17. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Additional terms or conditions may apply to specific games or activities at the Casino, which shall be displayed in a conspicuous manner.

18. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering into this agreement, you agree to hold harmless the Casino and its affiliates against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your participation in activities at the Casino.

19. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Association of Québec, or as otherwise agreed upon.

20. FINAL PROVISION

These Terms and Conditions shall remain effective for an indefinite period unless terminated by either party.

By entering into these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that they are a binding contract between you and the Casino de Charlevoix, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns.
